Adult comedy Grand Masti is showing an expected upward growth on its 3rd Saturday as the releases from this week failed to spark off a good box office reaction. The film’s collections grew yesterday as the earnings rested in the range of 1.60 crores. With that the film has so far gathered a total collection of 90.65 croresat the domestic box office.
While the film’s domestic collections have been quite a success-story, it did not swell much overseas due to the film not releasing in the G.C.C circuit given its loud and adult content. The film’s overseas collections remained low and hence the film has still not been able to cross the 100 crore mark worldwide. In the domestic arena, the film is surely a super-hit venture but the poor overseas collections has been a hindrance on its cumulative growth.
