Grand Masti on its way to enter the 4th week saw quite a drop in the 3rd week due to the overpowering presence of Ranbir Kapoor’s commercial flick Besharam. However, since the film performed way below the mark with its Day 1 collections accumulating to a total of 21.56 crores despite releasing on a national holiday, the distributors have shifted few screens to Grand Masti and the other releases before Besharam!
The film till its 3rd Wednesday had earned 98.56 crores. On Thursday, it estimatedly made 60 lacs and with that the current total is now in the range of 99.10 crores at the domestic box office.

The film is short of a few lacs to reach the coveted 100 crore club and in all probability the movie will make it into the 100 crore club by the conclusion of the day. The film is surely the highest earning A-rated film ever in Bollywood. Being an outright sex comedy, Grand Masti has set newer mark for the films of that genre!
