After a gap of 3 months, Ravi Teja has come up with his latest film, Eagle. Initially, it was supposed to release during the Sankranti festive season, but as too many films were already scheduled to arrive, the makers decided to postpone their outing. Unfortunately, the move hasn’t helped much as the day 1 collection at the Indian box office has not been up to the mark. Keep reading to know more!

Reception of Eagle

Directed by Karthik Gattamneni, the Telugu action thriller released in theatres yesterday. It opened to mixed to decent reviews from critics, and the audience feedback has been mixed so far. Maybe due to the same reason, an overall collection was affected, and the film ended up earning less than Ravi Teja’s last release, Tiger Nageswara Rao.

Day 1 collection of Eagle

As per the collection update, it is learned that Eagle raked in 6.15 crores at the Indian box office on day 1. A much better number was expected, considering the face value of Ravi Teja, but sadly, the result has just been decent. After a good start in the morning shows, the film witnessed negligible growth during afternoon shows and evening shows. The occupancy in the night picked up well, but it didn’t go full throttle.
