Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu, and Kriti Sanon starrer Crew passed the opening weekend with flying colors. The film maintained a good hold over the first Monday as well. The tremendous trend during the initial days convinced us that the film would be a surprise at the box office. But the collections have dropped further on day 5. Scroll below for all the details!
Released on March 29, 2024, Crew opened to multiple competition at the ticket windows. Shaitaan, Madgaon Express, Swatantrya Veer Savarkar, and Article 370 are other available options for the cine-goers. But Kareena Kapoor Khan, Kriti Sanon, and Tabu starrer managed to stay apart from the crowd and have minted impressive collections so far.
Crew Box Office Collection
In the first four days, Crew amassed a total of 37.05 crores at the Indian box office. This includes opening collections of 10.21 crores on Friday and 10.87 crores on Saturday. The heist comedy further added 11.45 crores on Sunday and witnessed a minimal drop, with 4.25 crores coming in on the first Monday.
As per the early trends flowing in, Kareena Kapoor starrer has added another 3.25-3.75 crores to its kitty on day 5. This is a further drop of 23-12% compared to first Monday earnings. So far, falling to a certain level was acceptable, but the film needs to hold its fort strong at the box office.
After the conclusion of day 5, the overall collections of Crew will now land somewhere between 40.3-40.8 crores. The film is all set to enter the 50 crore club soon, but it would be ideal if it manages to stay in the vicinity of 5 crores and achieves that milestone before the initiation of the second weekend.
