Rocky Handsome had an ordinary First Week at the Box Office. The film has collected around 23 crore since it opened on Thursday with Paid Previews. The start for the film was decent actually and it was expected that the weekend would see a good thrust. However, the collections didn’t soar as expected and the weekdays were further low.
The film did deserve better though and while Week One collections are marginally better than 22 crore collected by Force (the last time John Abraham and Nishikant Kamat came together), it could have covered an extra distance.
Meanwhile, Kapoor & Sons has continued to do well in the second week as well. The film has collected 18 crore more and with this, the collections now stand at 65 crore mark. The film is already a success and its further run would depend on how big does Ki & Ka turn out to be. The film is expected to touch the 75 crore mark in the long run and would be a touch and go to cross 76 crore total of Neerja.
