Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff are coming up with this year’s Eidi in the form of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan. The action thriller will witness a big box office clash with Ajay Devgn led Maidaan. Producer Vashu Bhagnani seems to be very confident about their upcoming film. In a recent interview, he claimed that BMCM could be the biggest Bollywood film at the box office, with collections of over 1000 crores. Currently, Jawan holds that title with earnings of 640.42 crores.

The pre-release hype must have been massive for a film starring Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff in the lead. But that is far from the case. As per the latest trends, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan has made collections of only 15 lakhs gross (excluding blocked seats) via advance booking for day 1.
Around 5,000 tickets have been sold so far. Needless to say, the trends should have been much better, given there are only 3 days for release. It now remains crucial for this Akshay Kumar and Tiger Shroff‘s film to show exponential growth in the next 48 hours!
Bade Miyan Chote Miyan release shifted to May 11
Unconfirmed reports also suggest the release has been pushed by a day as Eid falls on May 11, 2024. Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan may also be taking the same route, which means the opening day box office clash is inevitable!

Bade Miyan Chote Miyan is reportedly made on a staggering budget of 350 crores. Given the current situation, fans are worried and hoping Akshay Kumar won’t face another box office dud after Mission Raniganj and Selfiee.
