By the end of its 15 day run at the Worldwide Box Office, this Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha starrer has has managed to rake in a mammoth of 150 crores Gross.
This is the first Akshay Kumar film to have enjoyed such huge responses in the overseas circuit after a long time. While the film performed its best in the UAE-GCC circuit, its smashing performance in Pakistan too is praiseworthy.
The film was successful mainly due to its amazing action sequences and a well written plot. With enough appreciation from the critics too, Holiday turned out to be a huge audience puller.
This Murugadoss directorial has performed better than the likes of other 2014 releases such as 2 States, Hasee Toh Phasee and Gunday which had also performed well in the overseas circuit too.
