Karan Johar’s Ae Dil Hai Mushkil has enjoyed a wonderful feat for itself. In just a one week run so far where it has managed a total of 80.19 crore, it has gone past the lifetime collections of Baaghi (77 crore), Neerja (75.65 crore) and Kapoor & Sons (73.3 crore). Out of these three films, while Baaghi was an all-India entertainer, the other two primarily collected in multiplexes and that too over a period of 4-6 weeks. However, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, despite its niche appeal with multiplex audiences and primarily in urban India, has still managed a very good sum and that resonates the popularity of Karan Johar and his cast.
