ABCD 2 is smashing all records, the dance film after receiving a lot of praises from the critics, had a great start at the domestic box office. The film turned out to be the highest opening grosser in India this year and in the overseas too.
The film collected 1.43 million USD [9.07 cr] in its opening weekend.
It collected 2.7 crores in USA, 41.52 lacs in Canada, 2.79 crores in UAE-GCC, 1.15 crores in UK -Ireland, 28.97 lacs in Australia, 18.54 lacs in New Zealand.
The film has also turned out to be Varun’s best performance in the overseas circuit since Badlapur had grossed 1.04 mil. USD, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania had grossed 924k USD whereas Student Of The Year had collected 1.3 mil. USD in their opening weekend.
