Will Karan Johar EVER Work With Kangana Ranaut In The Future? Filmmaker Opens Up

Karan Johar and Kangana Ranaut have been at loggerheads since a very long time. It was recently when both the celebs were conferred with the Padma Shri Award by the Government of India. Keeping aside hard feelings, Kangana congratulated Karan and the filmmaker did the same in turn. While the two are trying to be cordial seems like Kangana’s sister Rangoli Chandel has a different take.

It was on Monday that Kangana Ranaut congratulated Karan on winning the Padma Shri and also spoke how he deserves it. Following the same, Karan in an interview with Tabloid Mumbai Mirror expressed his gratitude towards the actress and also stretched on how personal biases don’t bother him professionally.

Karan said, “Tomorrow, if I have a film for which I need Kangana, I will pick up the phone and call her. Whatever the problem, whatever may have been said on social media, is irrelevant to me. I’m a filmmaker and she’s an artiste and no amount of personal bias should come in the way of that relationship. I believe in that and will stand by it.”

Seemed like this gesture did not go well with Rangoli who took a dig at Karan and wrote in a tweet, “Karan Johar ji keh toh aise rahe hain ki jaise phone karne pe Kangana aa jati hai, Bhai saab aapke aur mere chahne se kya hota hai, Kangana ko toh script chahiye hoti hai, kabhi hogi aapke paas uske layak script.”
