If, apart from Shah Rukh Khan’s next film, there’s one thing the nation wants to know is who will star in Saare Jahan Se Achcha (or what its correct spelling is). From Vicky Kaushal to Ranbir Kapoor, the rumours related to the movie are same as Shah’s upcoming announcement.
Seems like the makers are being extra-cautious in choosing their lead now. Though there still has been no official announcement for the same, there have been some interesting updates Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan’s connect with the film.

According to a report published in The Indian Express, Aamir and Shah were really keen to do the film. Their source adds, “In each of these cases, the script was happily embraced by the star and it remained with the star as a matter of commitment. They were committed and keen to do it,”

There was also some information about the current status of the film, “It is happening, it is a big project and it does take a little bit of time as a lot of factors need to be balanced out for it to become possible. We are trying to put everything together.”
Regarding the final cast of the film, “The film is in the process (of casting) so it becomes difficult to speak about anything. It is not the right time to talk about it as we are in the process of casting,” their source concluded.
On the work front, Aamir Khan is all prepped up for Tom Hanks’ Forrest Gump‘s Hindi remake in Lal Singh Chaddha. Whereas, Shah Rukh Khan is backing up the Hindi remake of the Spanish show Money Heist. There’s yet no information about SRK’s upcoming acting venture.
