For the unversed, Deepika Padukone, Vikrant Massey along with director Meghna Gulzar yesterday travelled to Delhi for the promotions of their film Chhapaak, which is based on acid attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal. The actress who has often remained silent on various political issues, stunned everyone as she made an appearance at the JNU University supporting victims of the violence.
Vikrant took to his Twitter and shared his views on the row as shared pictures of his co-star from the protests and wrote, “❤(heart) swells with pride. #JNUViolence @deepikapadukone”
