Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor have been redefining sister goals for quite some time now. It is no secrets that things between the stepsisters were not very great until a few years back. It was the sudden demise of eternal diva Sridevi, the mother of Janhvi and Khushi that seems to mend things between the sisters. In fact Janhvi Kapoor had been vocal about her changing bond with Anshula and Arjun Kapoor during her appearance on the sets of Koffee With Karan.

Meanwhile, Khushi Kapoor had earlier opened up about being trolled for not looking like her late mother, Sridevi or Janhvi Kapoor. In an elaborate post on her official Instagram handle, the young Kapoor heiress had bared her heart on all the trolling and how it affects her. Khushi wrote, “I don’t think I’m the person I want to be yet but I definitely think I’m growing. It’s so rewarding to see people show so much appreciation towards me when I have not even done anything to deserve it yet. I have the power to make someone else happy, it just makes this all the more worth it.”
Further opening up about the criticism and constant comparisons with her mother Sridevi and sister Janhvi Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor says, “People still s**t on me. I’m kind of shy and awkward. Obviously, sometimes, the hate gets to you, especially being so young. I just want people to know I am a real person. I didn’t really know how to handle it, so my self-esteem issues and insecurities stem from that. As a child, it affected the way I saw my parents. I didn’t look like my mom and I didn’t look like my sister, so sometimes, people would point that out and make fun of me. I wasn’t the healthiest about it at some point and it affected the way I would eat and the way I would dress.”
Meanwhile, when Anshula Kapoor was trolled after Janhvi Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor’s Koffee With Karan appearance, the Dhakan actress was quick to defend her sister. During a media interaction, Janhvi said, “People are always quick to judge on social media… My sister recently got trolled on social media for something silly that happened on Koffee With Karan. She started getting rape threats and it was weird to me because people on social media are faceless. They feel like they can have an opinion which can sometimes cross a moral line. So when I do put stuff up on social media I do think about that. I feel protective towards them, what people are going to say about them.”
Meanwhile, for those of you unaware, Anshula Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor are the children of Boney Kapoor from his first marriage to Mona Kapoor. the producer then married Sridevi who he has Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor with. Well, now there certainly are goals and bonds that we would want ever sister to share with each other!
