Sushant Singh Rajput Death: “Ankita Lokhande Devastated, Crying Like Hell,” Says Pavitra Rishta Co-Star Prarthana Behere

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on Sunday. His death sent shock waves across the entire nation. Many industry members including Shraddha Kapoor, Rhea Chakraborty, Kriti Sanon, Krystle D’Souza amongst others attended his funeral. But one name that was missing was ex-girlfriend Ankita Lokhande. But now, Pavitra Rishta co-star Prarthana Behere has opened up about her condition.

For the unversed, soon after Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise, fraternity members paid their tribute on social media. Kriti Sanon, Rhea Chakraborty as well as Ankita Lokhande received a lot of backlash over not posting anything. Kriti’s sister Nupur Sanon even took to her social media to hit back at the trolls. She mentioned how the closed ones needed time to grieve.

Prarthana Behere has now revealed how Ankita is struggling. In a conversation with Times Of India, she said, “I can tell this about Ankita, she is devastated and crying like hell, but one needs to understand everyone had moved on in their life. News sunne ke baad woh wahin atki paddi hai… But she has someone in her life now and she has to respect that relationship also. She wanted to go, but everyone knows she is very emotional and sensitive. She is crying and how. When I posted on the Pavitra Rishta group let’s go and see Sushant for the last time, then we got to know that only 20 people can attend the funeral.”
