It has been more than ten days since the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) took over the Sushant Singh Rajput case. So far, they have interrogated Siddharth Pithani, Dipesh Sawant, Neeraj, Rhea Chakraborty and her brother Showik Chakraborty. Pithani and Dipesh are the first two people whom CBI questioned.
It was Siddharth and Dipesh who were with SSR in the house on June 14. They were the ones who saw the late actor allegedly hanging in his room. Hence, CBI interrogated them first. Now, Pithani’s statement is accessed by a TV channel in which he mentioned about Rhea too.
As reported by Republic TV, they have accessed Siddharth’s first statement to CBI. In his statement, he said that Sushant Singh Rajput broke down when he was asked about Rhea Chakraborty. He also spoke about the expenses of Jalebi actress using SSR’s money.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s flatmate Siddharth Pithani allegedly told CBI, “When I asked about Rhea, Sushant started crying and said that everybody left me and I will be with you, I calmed him down. The house was taken in December 2019, I got to know through house manager Samuel Mirinda.”
He added, “When I inquired further, I got to know that Rhea Chakraborty does a lot of shopping using Sushant’s credit card and household items were also being sold slowly.”
Meanwhile, no one knows yet what Rhea Chakraborty has told the CBI. However, the actress recently filed a police complaint against media gathering around her society and building.
