Sushant Singh Rajput is now under the study of CBI, and since that progress, many revelations have been made. The entire case has been investigated to find out if the mysterious death of the star was a suicide or a planned murder?
CBI has been taking its own time to investigate, and the team probing the case is finally ready to share some essential things. The team isn’t yet done with the investigation as it’s still very much open. Many prospects have been questioned, and many are still pending.
According to an India Today report, there has been no proof found to suggest that this was a murder. CBI is “focussing on the suicide angle and examining if a case can be made for abetment to suicide.” Their report also states that “none of the forensic reports, statements of the key suspects or the reconstruction of the crime scene suggest that this is a case of homicide.”
It also adds, “The next key element in the probe is going to be the report submitted by the AIIMS forensics team which will weigh in on the post-mortem and autopsy reports of Sushant Singh Rajput. While the CBI is focussing more on the suicide angle, it is not officially closing the murder investigation just yet.”
With this, what’s the way ahead is still not clear, but these are the initial impressions CBI has let the media know about. Stick to this space for a follow-up on this story.
