Director Ananth Narayan Mahadevan’s Staying Alive will have to fight it out at the box-office with the other releases of the week as well as Agneepath, which will enter its second week. The film’s promotions have been rather weak, so it’ll have to depend on word of mouth publicity.

A journalist (Ananth Narayan Mahadevan) and a much-feared gangster (Saurabh Shukla) are admitted to an ICCU after having heart attacks. They develop a friendship over long conversations. What happens then?
