The film will be helmed by Shashanka Ghosh and will also star Swara Bhaskar and Wake Up Sid actress Shikha Talsania in key roles.
The news was shared by Rhea on her Instagram account with a picture of the four ladies in the lead roles.
We hear, the film revolves around the ideas of feminism and new age Indian women.
