Before becoming the proud owner of the heritage building which is now one of Mumbai’s most iconic buildings, superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s humble abode was a plush sea facing flat on Carter Road. According to reports from a leading daily, the flat is now out on rent. The broker are pricing it at 3 lacs being associated with SRK’s name.
The Superstar had purchased the flat after the new found success in Bollywood which began with Deewana. At the 7th floor of a building in Carter Road, the house is still one of SRK’s most cherished memories as the house was very lucky for him and even his son was born in the house, apparently.
SRK would never sell that property given his emotional bondage with the home but there are umpteenth takers for the flat that was once the home of India’s most charming star!
