March 2 marked the day 2 of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations. It was an occasion of dance, music and living in the moment. SRK, Salman and Aamir danced to Naatu Naatu together; Diljit Dosanjh performed on the stage while Kareena grooved to it. But another moment that has gone viral on the internet is Shah Rukh Khan’s Jai Shri Ram chant.
The Dunki actor took the stage to introduce the Ambani family’s three ladies while entertaining the guests. In his introduction, Shah Rukh Khan says, “…and for very good measure, ‘Jai Shri Ram’. God bless you all. You have seen a lot of dance performances. Your brothers have danced, your sisters have danced, uncle and aunty, hero and heroine… hum saath saath ka jo moment hai bina prayers aur duaaon ka aage nahi badhta (the togetherness can’t go forward without the prayers and blessings)”. With his witty speech, he brought more energy to the crowd.
