National Award winning director Omung Kumar, who has directed films like Mary Kom and Sarbjit, may have approached Akshay Kumar for his next.

According to a leading website, there were rumours that Omung Kumar’s next, which is a psychological thriller, will have Sushant Singh Rajput, but specualtions are rife that Akshay Kumar may be their consideration too.

If reports are to be beleived, director Omung recently approached Akshay Kumar and narrated the plot to him. Akshay liked the plot but a final narration is yet to happen. The official confirmation on this news is still awaited.

If everything works out well, the film will go on floors in 2017. Currently, Akshay Kumar has Rustom and Rajinikanth starrer Robot 2 (2.0) in pipeline.
