Though the Dabangg Khan has been scathingly condemned for performing in Uttar Pradesh, the actor’s philanthropic work precedes the ongoing bickering that is aimed at hampering his public image. Salman Khan is all set to produce a film under the banner Being Filmy the revenues of which will be used for charity alone.
The actor has decided to use his star power for the betterment of the society and hence the revenue that will remain after deducting the tax and residual costs will be used for charity purposes.
There is a good chance that Dabangg Khan will not star in this venture given his prior commitments to Sajid Nadiadwala and Sooraj Barjatya and the film is slated to release by end of 2014.
