The lawyer of Salman Khan, Amit Desai said on 27th October that police falsely fabricated the panchnama and sitemaps during the hit-and-run case of 2002 to book the actor under the charge of murder.
Salman Khan was given 5 years sentence by Session court on 6th May when he was founded guilty, after which he (Salman Khan) went to High court for appeal.
Salman’s lawyer also said that driver of Salman Khan, Ashok Singh has claimed that he was driving car on that though he was which resulted in a mishap but police completely ignored his statement.
The hearing of the case will be continuing from 28th October.
