Kehte hain khuda ne is jahaan mein sabhi ke liye, kisi na kisi ko hai banaya har kisi ke liye. So why do have a problem if Preeti loves Kabir Singh?
Ever since the film has released worldwide, I’ve seen a lot of feminazis bashing Preeti for falling in love with Kabir Singh. First of all, these so-called “feminists” need to understand the basics of what they teach everyone. “Every girl has the right to do what she likes doing.” No one should ever tell Preeti about why she shouldn’t fall in love with a guy like Kabir Singh. If she likes him and she is happy with him, she has every right to do it and you should be doing something better rather than judging her for her choices.

Also, if you watch the film carefully and closely follow the characters of both Kabir Singh and Preeti you’ll understand why they love each other.

1. Kabir Singh has severe anger management issues. He is about to leave college after having an argument with his professor, and is just completing the formalities when he first sees Preeti.
It’s a love at first sight for him because he sees something in her which he never saw in any other girl. One close look at Preeti and you will understand why he liked her so much.
A guy with an “ego” like Kabir Singh will find it hard to love a person who will have ego clashes with him. He will like someone who is simple, sober, polite and submissive but strong enough to change him. Someone around whom he doesn’t have to pretend of being strong. Yes, Kabir Singh spends most of the time in being the protective shield of Preeti but once he is around her, he is a different person.
2. Coming to Preeti. She is a person who is excessively shy and polite. She sees a close to perfect guy in Kabir Singh. He can protect her from other guys, speak for her, help her in studies, love and respect her more than any other boy can and is able to take stand for her. If a guy has all these qualities, there’s nothing to avoid him unless you don’t feel like loving him.

In the end, I’ll just come on the point that every liberal, feminist or intellectual makes. “Live and let everyone live their own life. If someone is happy in their own small or imperfect world, then you don’t know but it might be just perfect for them.” Peace.
