Salman Khan undoubtedly is one of the most popular actors of Bollywood. His films are not just mere theatrical releases, but a celebration for the fans.
Usually, when the movies were released in theatres, fans had a special trend for Salman Khan movies. They used to whistle the moment Bhaijaan used to make an entry on the screen or clap every time when the Jai Ho star fought with the goons.
But, now that the makers of many Bollywood films have chosen to go digital and released their films on OTT platforms, it will be quite difficult for Salman Khan fans to celebrate the actor’s movies like they used to earlier.
This has got the veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah curious. Recently, he opened up about this new trend to Times Of India. According to the reports, the actor said that he wants to see people’s reactions to a Salman Khan movie when it is released on OTT.
“It will be interesting to see what will be the reaction of the audience to a Salman Khan film, the audience that whistles and claps and throws coins at the screen and dances in the aisles… What’ll be their reaction when they watch a movie like that at home, alone, or with their children? Will they behave in the same way? I doubt it,” stated Naseeruddin Shah.
We must say that Naseeruddin Shah has a very genuine doubt. Now, this has even got us wondering that what will Salman Khan fans do now?
On the work front, Naseeruddin Shah is currently busy with his web series. Salman, on the other hand, will next be seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. The movie also stars Disha Patani, Randeep Hooda and Jackie Shroff in key roles.
Apart from this, he also has ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ and ‘Kick 2’ in the pipeline.
