The Mauritian government might consider giving 25% of the money spent in the country to shoot Bollywood films back to the producers by way of subsidy. This was revealed by a Mauritian delegation which came to India earlier this week and met with the IMPPA on 12th January. Heading the delegation was the Mauritian minister of arts and culture, Mookhesswur Choonee. If Mauritius does subsidise shootings, it will follow countries like the UK, Germany and Fiji Islands.
