Makers Of Batti Gul Meter Chalu Need An Apology From Yami Gautam, Know Why?

Yami Gautam, who impressed us with her spectacular performance in Kaabil opposite Hrithik Roshan, is now all set to start shooting for Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu.

The film also stars Shahid Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead roles.

But according to a report in DNA, there’s some sort of tension between Yami and the makers of the film. The film Batti Gul Meter Chalu is being co-produced by KriArj Entertainment and T-Series. So apparently, there is a tiff between Yami and Divya Khosla Kumar, which was fuelled during the post-production and promotions of Sanam Re.

A source is quoted in DNA, “There’s an internal conflict. The banner has not forgiven Yami and is still upset with her.” This is the reason that Yami has not been approached for any films by T-Series after Sanam Re.
