There has been talks about who would play the female lead alongside Shah Rukh Khan in Raees, since a long time now. Now we heard that actress Katrina Kaif has been approached for the same. Katrina, who is currently shooting for her action drama Bang Bang with Hrithik Roshan and Phantom with Saif Ali Khan, has apparently been in talks with Excel Entertainment for the role.
While recently, Nawazuddin Siddiqui hopped on board to play Farhan Akhtar’s character in the film, there are speculations about Katrina being finalized too.
Shah Rukh and Katrina were last seen in the romantic saga Jab Tak Hai Jaan and this would be their second film together. Even though an official confirmation is yet to be announced on Katrina’s casting, this is definitely a great opportunity for her!
