Legendary actor and superstar Shivaji Rao Gaekwad aka Rajinikanth who celebrates his 69th birthday has been showered with all love and heartfelt birthday wishes from fans all across. The actor who is fondly known as Thalaivar aka ‘The boss’ among his fans and cine-goers has been ruling big screens and hearts of movie lovers for over four decades.

Post completing his studying during his younger days Rajinikanth performed several jobs including that of coolie, carpenter, bus conductor among many others.

While he working as a conductor with Bangalore Transport Service the actor made sure to save a small part of his monthly income with which later he joined Madras Film Institute with big dreams to enter the acting field.
Rajinikanth’s family members weren’t that impressed with his idea of joining acting classes, but the actor back then was determined and wanted to follow his heart. Following which the actor joined Madras Film Institute to pursue his Dream of acting. Rajinikanth was an active part of numerous stage acts and was quite popular following his performances.
The actor’s stage acts earned him his debut Tamil film Apoorva Raagangal in 1975 which was helmed by K. Balachander.
The actor’s fan following has no borders and boundaries as he huge fan following all across the globe following his acting, dialogues and of course his action sequences.
The actor is also quite famous among his fans for his simple, helping & down to earth nature.

Talking about his upcoming his film Darbar, the film has actress Nayanthara opposite Rajinikanth in lead. The action thriller is been helmed by A R Murugadoss.
Darbar will hit big screens on 9th January 2020 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu languages.
