Plot: Hrithik Roshan plays one of the greatest magicians of his time, Ethan Mascarenhas. Though he has been immobilized with a spinal injury for the last 14 years, he hosts a radio show that spreads magic and hope. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is his nurse and the epicenter of his world. On the fourteenth anniversary of his accident, Hrithik files a petition to the Court that shocks the world. Around the same time, a young man, Aditya Roy Kapoor, bursts into Hrithik’s world with a single-minded desire to learn magic from the very best. The ethics, the morality, the kindness and cruelty of this mission creates a storm in all the lives that it envelops. The resolution of this storm forms the startling conclusion of a magician’s remarkable journey.
Box-office Expectations: The music of this Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Hrithik Roshan starrer has not done the trick. Having said that, it must be added that the promos of Guzaarish have been liked by the class audience. Hence, the film is expected to open well at select multiplexes across cities in India.
