Deepika Padukone has been quite active on her social media handle ever since the lockdown began. Recently a lot of people like filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan and actor-singer Diljit Dosanjh have called out Bollywood actors posting several workout videos on their social media feeds.
Now reacting to these accusations, Deepika has finally opened by on why she is so keen on sharing her workout videos with fans. The Bajirao Mastani actress said that while most people call these work out sessions a privilege and an act of maintaining figures, it is more for mental health than figure maintenance.

In a Hangouts interview with veteran film critic and journalist Rajeev Masand, Deepika has said, “I know a lot of people have a problem with exercise videos that are going up but to be honest, putting up exercise videos — rather, exercising, not putting up videos — it’s more about how you feel. It’s not really about how you look.”
DP also shut all naysayers who claim that those putting out workout videos do not understand the gravity of the situation by saying that it is these very people who do not understand the impact there 21 days will have on the mental health of a lot of people.
