Three years after the incident that took place at Wankhede stadium in Mumbai, when Shah Rukh Khan lost his cool and used abusive language against the security counsels, the State Child Rights Commission will now file an FIR against the actor for using abusive language in front of children.
In 2012, SRK got involved in a row with the security counsel present at the stadium and is reported to have used abusive language and also pushed a police personnel. The actor will now be charged under the sections of 23 of the JJ Act (cruelty to juvenile or child), and IPC section 353 (assault on public servant).
Earlier, a five year ban was implemented on the actor’s visit to the stadium.
