Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) has always been in the news for suggesting unnecessary cuts in the film. Now the censor board has hit the headlines again for using their scissor on Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet’s upcoming rom-com De De Pyaar De.

Reportedly, CBFC has suggested the makers to replace the bottle of booze in Rakulpreet’s hands with flowers in the song Vaddi Sharaban. Now that’s shocking but has not happened for the first time. Last year, CBFC had suggested the makers of Padmaavat to hide the midriff of Deepika Padukone in the song Ghoomar. The change was done later with the help of CGI.

Notably, this is not the only change that CBFC has suggested to the DDPD makers. They have also told them to cut the dialogues “performance better hoti hai” and “Manju ji ke aalu o ho ho… wahi ache hai” considering that they have a double meaning.
