The ‘let’s challenge’ trend continues trending on the lines of promoting movies and songs. From last year’s Drake’s In My Feelings’ Kiki Challenge to now a ‘Bottle Cap Challenge’ – we have seen many stars coming out to accept them posting the videos on their social media accounts. Akshay Kumar, Siddhant Chaturvedi from Bollywood, Jason Statham, John Mayer and DJ Diplo from Hollywood.

It all started when the Taekwondo instructor and fighter Farabi Davletchin posted a video of opening the cap of a bottle with a kick on Instagram. He labelled this as a ‘Bottle Cap Challenge’ and challenged American singer-songwriter John Mayer and then he challenged Jason Statham. Check out the videos of the following below:

Akshay Kumar posted the video after he got inspired by his idol Jason Statham and gave a shoutout to all his fans asking them to do the challenge. Gully Boy‘s Siddhant Chaturvedi also posted the video and challenged Shahid Kapoor’s brother Ishaan Khatter.

Akshay Kumar on Monday gave fans a behind the scenes glimpse of the high-octane and “unadulterated” action to expect from Rohit Shetty’s “Sooryavanshi“. “From the day acting became my destiny, action has been my lifeline. Pure, unadulterated action in ‘Sooryavanshi’ will tell you’ll why it still fires up my core,” Akshay tweeted on Monday.

This post was accompanied by a video in which Akshay features in car and bike chases as well as a death-defying stunt in which he is seen hanging from a helicopter, while Shetty directs him.

Sooryavanshi is the fourth film of Shetty’s cop drama universe in which Akshay is essaying the role of Veer Suryavanshi, a character that was introduced as an anti-terrorist squad officer in the Ranveer Singh-starrer 2018 film “Simmba”.
