Last year, Subhash Kapoor was accused of alleged sexual misconduct in the #MeToo movement. Following the allegations on him, Aamir Khan walked out of his film Mogul last year. However, the actor collaborated with Kapoor for the same film this month. Actor Angad Bedi is a part of Subhash Kapoor’s web series titled The Verdict.
The Zoya Factor actor was asked about the #MeToo allegations on director Subhash Kapoor. Angad told Pinkvilla that he can’t comment on someone does in their personal lives. He added that he doesn’t even know the reality.
Angad Bedi said, “I don’t even know the reality, right? Like, I go and work as a professional and come back home and that is where my job ends. Firstly, what anyone does in their personal life, I am no one to comment on that. Secondly, allegations can be levelled at anyone. What if tomorrow someone makes an allegation against me? What do I do? How do I? Is there a probe? Does it get proved? Is it true… there are many questions I have regarding #MeToo in my head.”

Bedi also mentioned that #MeToo is a great movement and a great voice to be heard but it should have an end result. He said that what happened with Subhash Kapoor was unfortunate.
