The story of a “Delhi ka launda” making it big in “Bollywood” is no secret in his millions of fans and we all know how he has aced the art of shooting and releasing at least 3-4 big films every year. Akshay’s acting skills have been praised by the critics and his back to back hits talk about his unabashed stardom itself. No doubt, he is called one of the biggest superstars of the country and earns huge profits every year.

So when Forbes released the list of “The World’s Highest-Paid Celebrities” and we saw Akshay Kumar as the only Indian celebrity in the list, and it was not a surprise for us.

An interesting fact about this list is that Akshay has been beaten by everyone’s favourite Robert Downey Jr. aka Iron Man by an earnings of $1 million. While Forbes shows the total earnings of Robert as $66 million (Rs 451 crores), Akshay stands tall with $65 million (Rs 444 crores).
