Akshay had held a special screening of the heist drama for Twinkle who was so impressed that she couldn’t help but give a standing ovation to her husband.
“It was a first in our 12 years together as a married couple, needless to add, I’m more than just happy about it,” said the actor-producer.
Akshay is glad the film is getting rave reviews from critics as well as audiences.
“As an actor, you always want to do something new and I’m extremely glad that the film is receiving good response. The film deserves every bit of it,” he added.
