The shooting of filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj’s next featuring Thalapathy Vijay which has been tentatively titled Thalapathy64 is going in full swing in Delhi. The film which happens to be one of the anticipated releases in Kollywood has been trending all over the internet like wildfire, all thanks to Vijay fans.

The latest news related to the Vijay starrer is that, from a past number of days leaked pictures of Bigil star in his character from the film have been trending all across Twitter. Following which the makers have taken a serious measure to prevent the circulation of leaked pictures from the sets of Thalapathy 64 on the Internet.

The makers have filed a complaint with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) for the removal of leaked pictures from Twitter.

Below is a screenshot shared by a Vijay fan related to the preventive measure against leaked pictures on Twitter.

Reportedly, one may get to see the superstar playing a strong-headed college professor in the film who apart from teaching students is on a mission to fight against the crime of corruption in the education system.

Talking about Thalapathy 64, the film also has Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi in the pivotal role. As the latter in the film will be seen as an antagonist.

It is for the very first time where Thalapathy Vijay and Sethupathi Vijay are working on the same project.

Thalapathy64 also stars Malavika Mohanan, Andrea Jeremiah, Antony Varghese, Shanthanu Bhagyaraj along with others. The Thalapathy Vijay starrer is bankrolled by Xavier Britto under the XB Film Creators production company.

The music for the action thriller will be composed by renowned music director and singer Anirudh Ravichander. The film will hit big screens in April 2020.
