Dear Zindagi starring Alia Bhatt and Shah Rukh Khan in key roles, in spite of having a release in just 1200 screens, has manged to put up good collections over the two days. The film on its second day, showed a good jump from day 1.

It collected 11.25 crores on Saturday, thus taking its total to 20 crores at the domestic box office.

The film has been performing well, mainly in the metros and particularly at the multiplexes.

Thanks to Shah Rukh Khan attending all the promotional events, there was a good buzz around the film. Looks like, the film is headed to a 30 crore opening weekend which is good.
