With Six 100 Cr Films, Akshay Kumar Stays Strong At 4th Position At Power Index

Akshay Kumar has been consistent with his films since a past few years. When it comes to business, his films have managed to have a mass appeal, irrespective of their genre.

An 100 crore entry for most of Akshay’s films has been quite easy. In 2016 itself, the actor has managed to have 3 films in the 100 crore club which is quite huge.

While his first release of the year, Airlift managed to make a lifetime collection of 127.80 crores, his second release, the third installment of comedy franchise Housefull managed a 107.70 crores collection.

He currently holds the second, third and fourth position among, highest grossers of the year.

With Rustom grossing around 108 crores, the actor added 100 more points to his kitty. He now has 600 points at the Koimoi power index.

Akshay has gone past Ajay and is strong on the fourth position. With Shivaay releasing this Diwali, there are chances that Ajay will even with Akshay if the film makes it to the 100 crore club which seems likely.
