HanuMan’s deal with Zee 5

Story Of HanuMan
HanuMan is set up in an imaginary land of Anjanadri where a man called Hanumanthu, a local thief, attains the superpowers of Lord Hanuman. However, the superpower works only in sunlight. The film has collected 50 crore in Hindi and 200+ crore in India and has earned blockbuster status.
Interestingly, the first superhero film on Lord Hanuman was also made in Telugu and starred NTR Rama Rao. It was titled Superman and had a somewhat similar plot as it also dealt with a man attaining the superpowers of Lord Hanuman. However, this Telugu film, released in 1980, was criticized a lot.
HanuMan was initially made on a budget of 20 crores, but the heavy VFX of the film compelled it to inflate the budget, which touched 55 crores. Another 5 crore was spent on marketing, making it a 60 crore film.
Now wait for another week, and you can finally watch the film from March 16 onwards in Hindi on Jio Cinema!
