Mahesh Babu who kickstarted 2020 on a high note by delivering super hit Sarileru Neekevvaru is in the news from the past few weeks following his next, Sarkaru Vaari Paata. It was on the occasion of his dad and veteran actor Krishan’s birthday when the Telugu superstar unveiled the first look poster of Sarkaru Vaari Paata.
The first look poster of the film featuring Mahesh Babu received a thunderous response from netizens. Following the poster release, one of the most asked questions related to the film was its leading lady. Kiara Advani was believed to be a strong contender following her marvellous work with Mahesh and her chemistry with the star in their earlier release Bharat Ane Nenu.
However, Kiara wasn’t the only name, there were also speculations about Sara Ali Khan, Dabang 3 fame Saiee Manjrekar being approached opposite Mahesh Babu. However, it has been now finally revealed that the role has been bagged by none other than the National award-winning actress, Keerthy Suresh.

As per multiple reports, Keerthy Suresh in her recent live session confirmed being signed in for Sarkaru Vaari Paata opposite Mahesh Babu. It will be for the first time where both the actors will be sharing the same screen space.
Sarkaru Vaari Paata will be helmed by filmmaker Parsuram. Reportedly, the film is expected to go on floors in August.
On the work front, apart from Sarakaru Vaari Paata, Mahesh babu also has yet another big project in his kitty in the form of a yet to be titled film, which will be helmed by Baahubali maker SS Rajamouli.
Talking about Keerthy Suresh, the young actress has her handful with multiple projects. Apart from Sarkaru Vaari Paata, she also has big projects in the form of Mohanlal starrer Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simhhham, and also Rajinikanth led Annaatthhe.
