Telugu actor Rana Daggubati and entrepreneur Miheeka Bajaj are all set to get hitched today. The ceremony will be a close-knit family affair and will be held keeping in mind all precautions regarding Covid-19. The stage is all set and the ceremony will be held at Ramanaidu Studios in Hyderabad.
The ceremony is touted to witness one of the biggest celebrity weddings in Tollywood and it would be a major family affair. Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj wedding ceremony is expected to be an amalgamation of Telugu-Marwari cultures. According to speculations, this fusion would be reflected in the wedding menu as well. As the couple comes from two different parts of the country, it would be interesting to see how the menu will be curated. Needless to say, the celebrations have begun and the exuberance is felt everywhere!
Reportedly, everyone at the ceremony will be tested for coronavirus and sanitizers will be provided. Rana Daggubati’s father Daggubati Suresh Babu said to Times of India, “Everybody who will attend the wedding will get tested for Covid-19. We will also keep sanitisers across the venue and maintain social distancing. It’s a happy occasion and we want to make it a safe one too.”

Earlier this year, Rana and Miheeka got engaged in a close-knit family ceremony. He tweeted a picture of both and captioned it, “And she said Yes.” The couple were dressed in traditional attire. Much like their engagement, the wedding ceremony will be in the presence of family and close friends. To manage all the ceremonies a special team will arrive from Delhi. They will ensure the best of both the cultures adds soul to the celebrations.
Rana Daggubati is best known for the Baahubali duology. Earlier, the actor had spoken about marrying amid a global pandemic. He quipped, “I found the strangest time to get married.”
