Love is in the air for Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly. 2020 has brought in much good news, and one of them is about the lovely couple.
The Daily Show host is dating none other than Friday Night Lights star. These two have kept their romance under the radar for the past few months. The coronavirus pandemic and mask restrictions are likely why Minka and Trevor could do so.
According to reports in E! News, an insider reveals that Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly have been seeing each other for several months. The source adds that she’s been living with him in New York City for a while now, and things are “getting serious.”
It has become difficult to spot celebs these days as many stars are fleeing major cities in search of a cosy place to social distance. However, it’s clear that Trevor Noah and Minka Kelly sought solace in his Manhattan apartment, as that’s where he’s been filming his Comedy Central show for the past six months or so.
Trevor recently told The Los Angeles Times, “We’re in a similar position in more ways than we’ve ever been to many in our audience. We’re not coming to you from a glitzy, glamorous world. I’m not in a studio. I’m in my apartment.”
Minka has kept her personal life quite private by posting very little about her life in quarantine. Instead, she’s been dedicating her social media feeds to highlighting the stories of Black people across the county.
Prior to dating Trevor, the actress was linked to Grey’s Anatomy star Jesse Williams. She and Jesse called it quits in early 2018 after dating for over a year. As for Trevor Noah, he was dating Jordyn Taylor in 2017.
