The Ellen DeGeneres Show has been in the limelight for a while now. However, the reasons aren’t very favourable. It all began with employees accusing the show of non-payment of dues. Soon after, Nikkie de Jager and Ellen’s ex-bodyguard called out the host for her mean behaviour. However, the producers have finally decided to speak up!

For the unversed, as many as 11 employees (10 former and 1 current) recently got into a conversation with Buzzfeed. The shocking part remained that they referred to the work environment as ‘toxic.’ They even shared their ordeals and called out the three producers – Mary Connelly, Ed Glavin and Andy Lassner.

Many mentioned that not Ellen DeGeneres, but it was Mary, Ed and Andy who promoted bullying and mean behaviour on the sets. However, the trio has now come out in the open. They, as expected, have refuted the claims of the employees.
