Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom, who got engaged in 2019, are extending their family real soon. They are expecting their first child together, a baby girl, this summer.
The couple checked out three massive properties this weekend and they are huge in comparison to their current pad – a 3,000 square ft. place in Santa Barbara. The couple was spotted checking out the properties in the super exclusive community of Montecito, California. Montecito is the place where Katy was born and raised. It is about an hour and a half north of Los Angeles and just 10 minutes from Santa Barbara.
As per a report on DailyMail, each of the three properties Katy and Orlando looked at, have an asking price of around $10 million and above. Each property sits on several acres of land – all nestled in the lush rolling hills of Santa Barbara county. Read on to know the details of the three mansions they toured this weekend.
The first property Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom looked at is just under $10 million. The main residence spanning 8,000 sq ft includes six bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and sits atop five acres of land. The home channels Byzantine styles with old-trefoil-arched windows and a stone turret entry. There’s also a tennis court, bocce ball court, swimming pool, spa and cabana. This property comes with a 4-car garage.
The second property the soon-to-be parent checked out was a Spanish Colonial Revival style property with an ocean view. Prized at $11 million, it sits on three and a half acres of land. The massive house has five bedrooms, six and a half baths and a living space spanning just over 10,000 sq ft. The house, with a view of the ocean from almost every room, has a spa, theatre & wine cellar. It also includes a pool, gym, sports court & climbing wall.
The third property Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom looked at was the most expensive of the three properties. Prized at $14 million, it comes with two and a half acres of land. This single level home built in 1960, has an ocean view and comprises of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The estate has an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and pool.
While this is Katy’s first child, Orlando is already a dad to son Flynn (9), with ex-wife Miranda Kerr. The couple first started dating in 2016 after meeting at Harvey Weinstein’s Golden Globes party and split in 2017 before reuniting for good in 2018.
