Love is blossoming. Katie Holmes, Tom Cruise’s ex-wife, has found love in the arms of restaurateur Emilio Vitolo Jr. The actress was recently spotted sitting in the chef’s lap as they spent quality time together dinning at Peasant Restaurant in Manhattan on Sunday night.
Rumours of Holmes and Vitolo’s romance sparked early this month when the couple was snapped at a dinner date at a SoHo eatery.
In pictures acquired by Daily Mail, Katie Holmes and Emilio Vitolo Jr. were snapped sharing a passionate kiss during their dinner date. The actress styled a casual look consisting of a plain white tee and denim jeans. She completed her look with a makeup-free look and a messy bun. Emilio wore a simple beige cap and a v-neck shirt. He ended the look with a watch.
The couple, who were twinning in white, looked utterly mesmerised by each other. This public display of affection is something the actress’ aren’t used to as she is a very private person.
Katie Holmes married Tom Cruise in 2006 and split ways in 2012. The ex-couple have one daughter together, Suri (14). After parting ways with Tom, Katie was linked to Jamie Foxx in 2013. The pair never officially accepted their relationship and by 2019 news of their split surfaced.
Since the 2019 split, this is the first time Katie Holmes has been romantically linked to anyone.
Talking about Emilio Vitolo Jr., the chef works at Ballato in SoHo, a restaurant his father Emilio Vitolo Sr., bought in the early ’90s.
