Ellen DeGeneres has been in the limelight for a while now. However, the reasons aren’t very pleasing. The US host sent shockwaves when she was accused of ill behaviour. In fact, The Ellen Show producers were called out over a ‘toxic environment’ too. Amidst it all, wife Portia de Rossi and her stance were under the radar.
There were even rumours that Ellen was planning to cancel her show. She was highly affected by all the reports regarding her mean behaviour. And all of it was said to have caused trouble with wife Portia. Gossip mill had it that the couple was heading for a $400 million divorce. But it looks like they’re stronger than ever.
Portia de Rossi finally has broken her silence over the issue. It is first and foremost, crystal clear that the couple is happy and together. Furthermore, addressing the employee claims, Portia has asked fans to support Ellen DeGeneres.
Portia de Rossi took to her Instagram and called for a stop to it all. She urged and thanked fans to have been by Ellen DeGeneres’ side. The Arrested Development actress even demanded a stop on bot attacks.
She shared a picture which had ‘I Stand By Ellen’ writer over it with a sky blue background. “Be Kind To One Another,” read another message on the picture.

Meanwhile, several other celebrities have now come in Ellen DeGeneres’ support. Yesterday, Jerry O’Connell too took to his Twitter and sent love to the couple. Sharing the same picture as de Rossi, Jerry wrote, “Love @TheEllenShow & @portiaderossi. Always have. Always will.”
