The CW’s Batwoman which started in October last year aired its 17th episode yesterday. Without making it obvious, we know it has the presence of Batman and the last episode also proves why Joker is missing from the series.

When the makers initiated the show, there was no sign of Batman but as the episodes go by, we’ve seen how the writers have made sure to make him feel around the show. Episode #17 titled as ‘A Narrow Escape’ clears the absence of Joker from the show.

In the episode, we saw Batwoman (Kate Kane) dealing with the post-effects of killing the villain August Cartwright (John Emmet Tracy). But that’s not it, things get interesting when she opens up ‘Batman’s code’ and how she has broken it by murdering a criminal. She confesses this to her close associate Luke Fox (Camrus Johnson) and clarifies why she was hiding it from him.
