Despite being a ‘newbies’ affair, Yaariyanmanaged to make a good business at the Domestic Box Office on its opening day i.e. 1st Friday. In fact, this Divya Khosla Kumar’s debut directorial outscored Dedh Ishqiyaby raking in approx 6 crores, as per early estimates, though both the films had equal screen counts!

Given youth as their target audience, the film has opened well in metro-cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, NCR and Delhi circuits. To be more precise, Multiplexes have made a better business as compared to single screens!
